The plug (10) has housing guided on a laser radiation guiding, forming and/or generating medium on an opposite side of a combustion chamber window in a combustion chamber end. A diaphragm is guided through the medium into a combustion chamber (14), and an inner contour of an aperture includes a shape of a lateral surface of a truncated cone with an opening angle. A focusing unit determines a beam divergence angle of the aperture passing through a laser radiation (24), where a result of difference of the opening angle and the beam divergence angle ranges between 0 and 30 degree.
