The electric thrust motor has a flat structure that includes a metal surface (2) shielded by an insulator (5). Direct current is applied to discharge channel (3) provided between poles (4) of the flat structure so that eddy current is induced in the metal surface to create a vector force in traveling direction of electrons in the metal surface.
