Elastomer diaphragm valve for insertion of e.g. cables for transporting electric media, has elastomer membrane providing support by carrier, which is made of gas-permeable and steam-permeable material as permeable membrane material
The valve (1) has an elastomer membrane (10) comprising a sealing (12), which is detached from a cable passage (11) with a cable and/or line, pipe or hose guide by a stub seam (13). The elastomer membrane comprises the stub seam between the cable passage and the sealing. The elastomer membrane comprises tapered membrane surfaces (14, 15), which are recessed outside the cable passage. The elastomer membrane provides support by a large permeable or open-pored carrier. The carrier is made of gas-permeable and steam-permeable material as a permeable membrane material.
