The apparatus (10) has a casing made from plastic and metal, and provided with an integrated thin film transistor (TFT) display (5) i.e. monitor. A continuously extendable support includes a spring (60) for storage and external fixation of the apparatus in order to communicate with other mobile apparatuses for data acquisition and transmission using a communication port. Computer-specific components are provided for displaying and processing of a video processing program. A removable pin (70) is equipped for processing on a touch screen. A retaining space retains a standard memory chip card.
