Method for determining Doppler anomalies for orbit determining of satellite, involves fitting installation for measurements of waves such that transmitter and receiver have same speed, so that anomalous Doppler effect is provided
The method involves forming an installation by a zero-Doppler, and fitting the installation for measurements of electromagnetic waves such that a transmitter and a receiver have same speed, so that the anomalous Doppler effect is provided without normal Doppler signal. Distance variations between the transmitter and the receiver is measured at the zero-Doppler and stored by additional distance meter. The Doppler measurements with anomalies are corrected by Doppler difference. An independent claim is also included for a device for determining Doppler anomalies.
