Device i.e. oil collector system, for attachment on e.g. ship for extracting and collecting crude oil spills in water, has rotary mechanism forming channel and/or swirl by displacement of water, so that oil spills flow into channel
The device has a floating system designed as a centrifuge and a turning screw. A height-adjustable rotary mechanism (3) forms a suction channel (13) and/or a swirl by displacement of surrounding water (12), so that crude oil spills on water surface flow into the suction channel. A suction unit sucks the oil flowing into the suction channel and is positioned above or underneath the height-adjustable rotary mechanism. A linkage is adjustable with the rotary mechanism, and integrated conveyor systems are attached at an oil collector system.
