A method for removing an undesired component consisting of a signal and system for distinguishing between undesirable and undesired signal components
A method for removing an unwanted component from a signal, which also contains a desired component,characterized by the following steps:(a) detecting a signal representing a desired component and an undesirable component;(b) determining the spectral power density approximation of the detected signal;(c) separating a error component of the spectral power density approximation according to step (b); and(d) determining the desired component from the error component according to step (c) by filtering out of the error component, so that undesirable components with a frequency, which exceeds a preselected maximum, to remove from the error component.
