Method for energy-saving operation of thermally driven heat engine in thermal power station, involves condensing steam that is partially released in working machine, into pressure tank before steam is returned, without heat dissipation
The method involves condensing steam that is partially released in a working machine, into a pressure tank before the steam is returned, without heat dissipation. The steam is condensed in porous material and condensate is casted on pores by application of force. The condensate is removed continuously or discontinuously from capillaries by the application of force and by pressure-loaded auxiliary gas, where the application of force takes place by gravity force that is strengthened through centrifugation. The porous material is chosen from a group comprising zeolite, mesoporous silica material, silicagel and/or zeolite-based materials.
