FIELD: construction.;SUBSTANCE: method includes arrangement of a panel on a heat insulated surface of a building, its positioning relative the heat insulated surface of the building with the help of the device for positioning suspended heat insulated panels and fixation of the panel on the building surface. The device for positioning comprises a guide part in the form of a bushing with an internal thread, stiffly joined with the panel body, and a support part in the form of a screw with an external thread joined with it by a threaded joint. One end of the screw contacts with the heat insulated surface of the building and engages with it, and the second one has the shape suitable for engagement with a tool for screw rotation. The screw is made with the possibility to arrange an additional fixing element in it to fix a suspended panel to the facade. The panel comprises a process hole, arranged with the possibility of provision of tool insertion for rotation of a screw. After additional positioning of the panel position the cavity between the panel and the heat insulated surface of the building and the process hole in the panel are filled with a foam filler.;EFFECT: invention makes it possible to ensure easy and reliable assembly of suspended heat insulation panels on the heat insulated surface with compensation of its irregularities, and also adjustment of position of the installed panels without necessity of their dismantling.;9 cl, 2 dwg
