FIELD: machine building.;SUBSTANCE: procedure and device of high accuracy measurement of flow rate and amount of fluid and gaseous mediums on base of restrictions with implementation of automatic calibration of zero in pressure fall transducer refers to measurement and accounting flow rate and amount of fluid and gaseous mediums transported though pipeline at commercial and/or process accounting heat energy, liquid and gaseous fuel, natural gas, steam, water and other similar mediums in points of accounting based on restrictions and pressure drop transducers. The invention is designed to facilitate high accuracy measurement and accounting flow rate and amount of fluid and gaseous mediums, delivery and consumption of heat energy and heat carrier, gas, steam, water and other similar mediums and expansion of a measured flow rate range.;EFFECT: tens times reduced relative error of measurement of flow rate and amount of medium; expanded range of measured flow rates due to cyclic mutual change of move of two pressure drop transducers relative to restriction during measurement, facilitated by change of circuit of hydraulic communication of pressure drop transducers with restrictions by means of controlled T-valves operating so, that during specified time interval pressure drop at restriction is measured with first transducer of pressure drop at simultaneous calibration of zero of graduation characteristic of second pressure drop transducer on base of zero value of pressure drop at working pressure of medium in pipeline, while during next specified time interval pressure drop at restriction is measured with second pressure drop transducer at simultaneous calibration of zero of graduation characteristic at first pressure drop transducer by physical zero value of pressure drop at working pressure of medium in pipeline; this results in measurement of pressure drop at restriction with transducer with constant high accuracy calibrated zero point of graduation characteristic.;2 cl, 3 dwg
