PURPOSE: A debris flow model testing device for simulating hydroplaning is provided to simulate a water layer by supplying water to the inside of a flume and a phenomenon in which a surface in the inside of a flow path partially becomes wet and underground water variations or a water leakage according to a water supplying form.;CONSTITUTION: A debris flow model testing device for simulating hydroplaning comprises a horizontal frame(100), a vertical frame(200), and a flume(300). The vertical frame is vertically connected to the horizontal frame. One side of the flume is connected to the vertical and horizontal frames, thereby forming an inclined surface. The flume comprises a plurality of water infiltration units being installed by spacing along a longitudinal direction of the flume. The water infiltration units are formed in both side surfaces and a bottom surface by being separated. A water supply controlling valve is connected to the water infiltration unit, thereby supplying water to the inside of the flume through an opened portion of the water infiltration unit.
