PURPOSE: An intelligent unmanned underwater automatic navigation system of a submarine and a method for controlling an unmanned underwater automatic navigation are provided to generate power in an underwater navigation by installing short wings in the bow of the submarine. CONSTITUTION: A main control printed circuit board includes a first CPU(110). The first CPU includes first MCU to third MCU and controls a GPS receiver, an underwater sound transmitter, and a sound wave object sensor(150). A first sub control printed circuit board includes a second CPU. The second CPU includes a ship speed sensor, a data processor, a posture controller, and a thrust unit. A second sub control printed circuit board includes a third CPU(310). The third CPU includes a camera control unit, a proximity sensor, a power supply, a charging unit, and an internal communication unit.
