PURPOSE: Manhole repairing device and method using the same are provided to enhance look and safety by tight contact with an existing manhole body and a road surface. CONSTITUTION: A manhole repairing device comprises a height-variable frame(300) and a height correcting ring(400). The height-variable frame is charged in the upper end of a manhole body(100). The height correcting ring is inserted into the settling surface of a manhole cover(110). The height-variable frame is fixed to the manhole body by a fixing member. The height-variable frame comprises a buffer.
