The present invention relates to a dendrimer-linear polymer copolymer capable of responding to temperature and pH, and a drug carrier or a biosensor comprising the same, and the polymer compound according to various embodiments of the present invention may be non-toxic and responsive to both temperature and pH. In addition, the response range is similar to the conditions in the human body, and the response range is rapid, showing sufficient response sensitivity, thus being very advantageous as a drug carrier or a biosensor in the body, and especially having a sufficient internal space therein. When used as, it shows a markedly high drug filling capacity.
