PURPOSE: An air mattress for preventing soil leakage, a system and a method for preventing soil leakage using the same are provided to prevent environmental contamination by preventing soil leakage using a casing and an outflow prevention wall. CONSTITUTION: An air mattress for preventing soil leakage comprises a casing(200), an outflow prevention wall(110), and a soil discharge pipe(130). The casing covers a hammer bit(310) of a drill and firstly prevents soil leakage. The outflow prevention wall is formed along the edge of the casing and secondly prevents soil leakage by covering the casing. The soil discharge pipe is formed on the side surface of the outflow prevention wall and discharges waste stored in the inner side of the outflow prevention wall to the outside.
