摘要

PURPOSE: A method for obtaining a normal operating value range of industrial plant facilities, a device thereof, and a computer-decodable storage medium including a program for performing the method are provided to automatically obtain the normal operating value range and efficiently manage facilities. CONSTITUTION: A collecting unit(1) outputs an operating value by measuring the operating value from components of an industrial plant. A real time database server(2) stores the operating value and collection time information. A signal obtaining unit(3) calls the operating value from the real time database server by sampling time unit. A signal processing unit(5) generates measurement data by calculating a minimum value, a medium value, a maximum value, and a first and a third quartiles of the arranged operating value. A normal range output unit(7) designates the first quartile as a normal low value and the third quartile as a normal high value by reading measurement data for a fixed time. The normal range output unit calculates a normal range value by using an average value of the normal low value and the normal high value.
