PURPOSE: A lattice girder for supporting a tunnel having a function for preventing a steel bar from sagging and a tunnel construction method using the same are provided to enable the easy arrangement work of steel bars. CONSTITUTION: A lattice girder for supporting a tunnel having a function for preventing a steel bar from sagging comprises a lattice girder body, a support unit(200), a bolt member(240), a waterproof sheet(250), a waterproof sheet fixing unit(260), and a connection member(270). The lattice girder body is installed on the excavated surface of a tunnel. The support unit is installed on the lattice girder body and has a screw hole. The bolt member is coupled to the screw hole of the support unit and extended to the bottom of the lattice girder body. The waterproof sheet is fitted to the bolt member. The waterproof sheet fixing unit fixes the waterproof sheet to the lattice girder body. The connection member is coupled to the bolt member and has a hook(271), in which a steel bar(500) is connected.
