摘要

A method of manufacturing hydrophile property cubic of liquid-crystalline phase is provided to continue effect of medicine of the hydrophile property drug and to delay or control emission of the hydrophile property drug. A method of manufacturing hydrophile property cubic of liquid-crystalline phase comprises steps of: manufacturing polymer water solution by dissolving drug of hydrophile property and water soluble polymer in water; manufacturing glyceryl monoolate liquid-crystalline phase; and homogenizing it by adding olymer water solution to GMO liquid-crystalline phase and manufacturing the cubic phase by cooling the homogenized solution. A rate of water : GMO is 1 : 0.5~ 6(w/w).
