Method to Produce the Hydrophilic Cubic Phases of Liquid Crystalline Phases, Hydrophilic Cubic Phases of Liquid Crystalline Phases Produced Thereof, and Method to Measure the Release of Hydrophilic Drugs from Liquid Crystalline Phases
A method of manufacturing hydrophile property cubic of liquid-crystalline phase is provided to continue effect of medicine of the hydrophile property drug and to delay or control emission of the hydrophile property drug. A method of manufacturing hydrophile property cubic of liquid-crystalline phase comprises steps of: manufacturing polymer water solution by dissolving drug of hydrophile property and water soluble polymer in water; manufacturing glyceryl monoolate liquid-crystalline phase; and homogenizing it by adding olymer water solution to GMO liquid-crystalline phase and manufacturing the cubic phase by cooling the homogenized solution. A rate of water : GMO is 1 : 0.5~ 6(w/w).
