The invention relates to an inner circulation type sequencing batch reactor with a membrane separation tank and a water treatment method.The inner circulation type sequencing batch reactor used for treating nitrogen and phosphorus flowing into the raw water is characterized by comprising a multi-purpose tank, a main reaction tank, a membrane separation tank, an agitation and liquid transfer device and a transmitter.The multi-purpose tank accommodates the raw water, which is operated as an anaerobic tank or an anoxic tank.The main reaction tank communicating with the multi-purpose tank accommodates the reaction solution flowing from the multi-purpose tank and treats the reaction solution in a sequential way.The membrane separation tank communicates the main reaction tank and accommodates the above treated water, which is equipped with a separation membrane for removing the solid material in the treated water. Then the filtrate is discharged by the separation membrane.The agitation and liquid transfer device is used for the circulation of the reaction solution from the multi-purpose tank to the main reaction tank.The transmitter is used for transmitting the reaction solution from the main reaction tank to the multi-purpose tank.According to the invention, the removal efficiency of nitrogen and phosphorus is improved and the power cost of the internal circulation is lowered.
