PURPOSE: A distributed dynamic spectrum access method for avoiding the co-channel interference in mobile cellular networks is provided to reduce the number of the successive spectrum change. CONSTITUTION: A distributed dynamic spectrum access method for avoiding the co-channel interference in mobile cellular networks comprises the following steps: allocating the different spectrum priority permutations before initially locating mobile base stations(S10); selecting the assignment frequency based on the spectrum priority permutations on each mobile base station(S20); and selecting the change target assignment frequency for reducing the continual assignment frequency change number on each mobile base station.
