PURPOSE: A natural plant mixture extract with anti-inflammation and irritation relief is provided to suppress iNOS activation and COX-2 gene expression. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for anti-inflammation, irritation relief, and immunity enhancement contains mixture extract of prunus persica Batsch roots, Prunus salicina var. salicina roots, Prunus mume Sieb. et Zucc roots, and Juglans regia L. shells as an active ingredient. The mixture extract is obtained using water, low alcohol of 1-4 carbon atoms, propylene glycol, glycerin, or butylene glycol. The composition is manufactured in the form of skin softener, skin toner, astringent, lotion, milk lotion, UV protection lotion, hand cream, foundation, emulsion foundation, essence, pack, soap, cleansing lotion, cleansing cream, or body cleanser.
