PURPOSE: An intake tower construction method using a form capable of acting as a cofferdam and an outer wall of an intake tower at the same time is provided to reduce the construction period of an intake tower by removing the need for a separate form for an outer wall of an intake tower. CONSTITUTION: An intake tower construction method comprises the steps of: excavating an underwater bottom for installation of an intake tower(10), setting a foundation form and a water-stop form in the excavated site, placing underwater concrete in the water-stop form, setting a body form in the foundation form, draining water from the body form, placing foundation concrete to form a foundation(200) for the intake tower, setting an inner form and placing concrete in a space formed by the coupling of the body form with the foundation form to form a body portion(300) of the intake tower, coupling a head from to the body form, setting an additional inner form on the inner form and placing concrete to form a tower portion(400) of the intake tower, and curing the concrete and dismantling the inner form.
