PURPOSE: A precise drawing system applied with topography image variation according to the level variation of river water is provided to enable precise formation of drawn images about river, lake, and reservoir. CONSTITUTION: A drawing system comprises a drawing device, a reference marking lamp(30), and a calibration point marking lamp(100). A drawing device comprises topography image database(11), drawn image database(12), an image editing module(13), an image drawing module(14), a coordinate synthesis module(15), and an input/output module(16). The topography image database stores original data and edited data of the topography image that an aerial camera(20) collects. The drawn image database stores the drawn image based on the topography image. The image editing module corrects the topography images and connects the topography images for editing. The image drawing module completes the drawn image based on the topography image. The coordinate synthesis module synthesizes GPS(Global Positioning System) information in the drawn image, thereby precisely correcting the drawn images connected to each other. The input/output module outputs the topography image and the drawn image and receives manipulation signals for the manipulation of signals. The reference marking lamp generates light to mark the standard on the topography image.
