PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of titanium oxide nano-particles using hydrothermal synthesis is provided to manufacture high purity anatase titanium oxide nano-particles with excellent crystallization.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of titanium oxide nano-particles using hydrothermal synthesis comprises the following steps: manufacturing a mixture by mixing titanium tetra isopropoxide with alcohol(s101); mixing hydrochloric acid with the mixture and agitating thereof(s103); mixing purified water with the mixture and agitating thereof(s105); heat treating titania hydrosol and hydrothermally synthesizing thereof(s107); and removing volatile component contained in the titania sol(s109). In the first step, 50-100 parts by weight of alcohol is mixed with 1 part by weight of titanium tetra isoproxide. In the second step, 0.01-0.4 parts by weight of hydrochloric acid is mixed with 100 parts by weight of the mixture.
