PURPOSE: A non-chloride-based liquefied deicing composition is provided to be environmentally friendly by using industrial byproducts and to obtain excellent snow-removal and melting performance.;CONSTITUTION: A non-chloride-based liquefied deicing composition comprises 20-60 weight% of organic acid salt generated by adding acetic acid and/or formic acid in a sludge powder obtained by heating and grinding sludge generated during a manufacturing process of sodium aluminate; 0.1-3.0 weight% of an effective microorganism group for preventing recrystallization of the organic acid sa 1-5 weight% of an alkali compound generated as a byproduct of manufacturing a high performance water-reducing agent for concrete; and residual water. The effective microorganism is selected from a group consisting of photosynthetic bacteria, yeast, availability actinomyces, and aspergillus germ.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
