PURPOSE: A water consumption display system and an operating method thereof are provided to install a flow-rate detector detecting a flow rate within a water pipe where a water valve is installed, thereby displaying water consumption by using a display device to a user.;CONSTITUTION: A water consumption display system comprises a flow rate detecting unit(10) and a display device(20). The flow rate detecting unit is installed in a pipe of a water facility and detects a flow rate of water flowing in inside of a water pipe. The display device performs communication with the flow rate detecting unit, thereby receiving and displaying the flow rate detected by the flow rate detecting unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
