PURPOSE: A cooperating company of a groupware providing system, a method and a readable computer recording medium which a program is recorded for executing the system and the method are provided to supply groupware contents for a process of the subcontractor, thereby efficiently performing process management of the cooperating company.;CONSTITUTION: Groupware contents composed of a plurality of menus which can be used in a cooperating company are modularized according to each process(S101). Basic information of at least the one cooperating company is received(S103). A part of the groupware contents is selected and arranged among the modularized groupware contents based on the basic information of the received cooperating company.
