PURPOSE: An optimal network simulation environment constructing method and a system thereof are provided to secure real time simulation having accuracy and reliability for a function operation of real equipment.;CONSTITUTION: A communication equipment model for transmitting, relaying, or receiving a message and real equipment is set as a major model(S210).
