PURPOSE: A BPB-based cargo delivery system is provided to enable delivering various substances to the surface of cells or the inside of the cells and to ensure high affinity to a target.;CONSTITUTION: A BPB-based cargo delivery system contains: a bipodal peptide binder(BPB) and a cargo conjugated to the bipodal peptide binder. The bipodal peptide binder contains a parallel, antiparallel, or structure stabilizing region; and a target binding regions I and II containing n and m numbers of amino acids which are randomly selected. The non-covalent bond is formed at the structure stabilizing region by hydrogen bond, electrostatic interaction, hydrophobic interaction, van der Waals interaction, pi-pi interaction, cation-pi interaction, or combination thereof.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
