PURPOSE: A method for providing a real time CSI(Customer Satisfaction index) and an online CSS(Customer Satisfaction Survey) is provided to supply in online a CSI calculated in real time by a result of an online CSS or a report made based on the CSI or a CS portfolio.;CONSTITUTION: An online server(50) selects a survey target product or a survey target service from a survey target-based measurement attribute DB(database)(10). The online server generates a CSS questionnaire. The online server posts the CSS questionnaire in a website.
