PURPOSE: A method for constructing a shield screen of a balcony opening in a building is provided to improve soundproofing effect and safety to serve as a guardrail by additionally installing one to three reinforcing wires. CONSTITUTION: A method for constructing a shield screen of a balcony opening in a building is as follows. Strong anchors(2) or set anchors are inserted and fixed in holes drilled in four corners and predetermined positions along an inner wall of a balcony opening(1) in a building. I-bolts(3) is thread-coupled to screw holes of the strong anchors or bolts of the set anchors. Wire ropes(4) are passed through ring holes(3a) of the I-bolts. Turnbuckles(5) are mounted between rings(4a,4b) formed in the wire ropes to tense the wire ropes into a shape of a rectangle. Binding ropes(7) are put in binding holes(6a) formed along the outer circumference of a shield screen(6). Reinforcing wires(8) are additionally installed in the internal and external sides of the shield screen.
