PURPOSE: A producing method of product delivery charge in national or global e-commerce is provided to prevent a problem related to a delivery charge between a seller and a purchaser by precisely producing a delivery charge generated while a real product delivers from a factory to a customer address.;CONSTITUTION: Address information of a product factory is confirmed. A nation group is generated in consideration of the geopolitical location of the whole world on the basis of a nation information of the factory address of the seller. The states belonging to discrete countries of the nation groups is formed as a state zone group on the basis of a state zone information of the factory address of the seller.
