PURPOSE: An application discount supplying service method on mobile platform is provided to offer information of a discounted application through a social network driven with smart phone application.;CONSTITUTION: A server offers information of a predetermined vote period or of one or more vote object applications into a smart phone(S110). The smart phone displays information, which is the one or more received vote object applications information(S120). If a user selects one application, the smart phone offers the selected value to the server(S130). The server counts the vote result according to the selected value.
