PURPOSE: A feeder controlling system and a method of a carbon dioxide welder provide a uniform welding quality by providing optimal operation information of a welder with respect to a constant welding condition regardless of a skill level of a user.;CONSTITUTION: A feeder controlling system(100) of a carbon dioxide welder comprises a switch unit(120), a main current regulating unit(131), a feeder control unit, and a communication unit. A user inputs user setting information according to a welding condition and operation information of a welder through the switch unit. The main current regulating unit detects voltage information for controlling an output input by the user and current information for controlling a driving speed of a motor in welding or inching. The feeder control unit outputs control signals and display signals of correspondent operation according to the operation information of the welder input by the main current regulating unit. The feeder control unit sets the operation information of the welder set according to the welding condition by the user as a profile and outputs the set operation control signals and display signals of the welder by detecting the profile when the operation of the welder is requested.
