PURPOSE: A nano carbon conductive film having a reflection prevention layer and reflection reduction layer is provided to improve an environmental stability and a nano carbon adhesive property by enhancing light penetration and conductivity.;CONSTITUTION: A nano carbon conductive film(220) is formed on the substrate(200). An organic or an inorganic coating layer(240) having a reflection preventing function is formed on the nano carbon conductive film. The coating layer having the reflection preventing function is formed by coating, drying, and heating a reflection prevention coating agent including a metallic or non-metallic oxide, and an organic polymer. The reflection prevention coating agent is coated on a glass or polymer film to improve a light penetration.
