PURPOSE: An automatic water cannon for fire observation and fire extinguishing is provided to recognize fire by oneself and directly spray water to the fire spot.;CONSTITUTION: An automatic water cannon for fire observation and fire extinguishing comprises a motor(8), a gear(7), a pipe connector(19), a nozzle(20), and a camera(17). In the body of the water cannon is rotated by moving the pipe connector using the gear in the motor. The pipe connector is also rotated by using the motor and moving the attached nozzle. The motor recognizes the fire starting point by detecting the start time using an infrared rays(IR) sensor. Accordingly, the motor revolves in the fire spot direction. The rotation of the motor stops and a valve is opened when a UV sensor detects the fire spot and sprays water from the nozzle.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
