PHOTOCURABLE RESIN COMPOSITION HAVING EXCELLENT SCRATCH RESISTANCE AND ANTISTATIC PROPERTY CAPABLE OF MINIMIZING DEFECT RATE AT ASSEMBLING A BACK LIGHT UNIT, AND A MANUFACTURING METHOD OF AN OPTICAL FILM USING THE SAME
PURPOSE: A photocurable resin composition is provided to improve brightness and adhesion with a substrate film after formation of a prism film, and to have viscosity suitable for optical film manufacturing process, and to able to form a prism film with high restorability and hardness.;CONSTITUTION: A photocurable resin composition comprises a UV-curable unsaturated compound, an ester-based acylate, an antistatic agent, silicone additives, and an initiator. The UV curable unsaturated compound comprises an ethylene oxide group-containing acrylate, and a monofunctional or multi-functional UV curable monomer. A manufacturing method of an optical film comprises a step of spreading the resin composition on a mold engraving roll; a step of curing the resin composition in state of contacting the resin composition with one side of the substrate film; and a step of manufacturing an optical film by separating the resin composition-coating layer attached to the substrate film from the mold engraving roll.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
