PURPOSE: A time measurement and time signal system is provided to measure time by using traditional and modern tenses together through an electric mechanic control system.;CONSTITUTION: A time signal unit(100) forms 12 time signal dolls(120) and a keyboard(130) inside a circular time table having a plurality of divided time scales. The time signal unit is connected with an hour hand which rotates at the center of the circular time table and instructs time. The 12 time signal dolls are successively displayed on the circular time table as time goes by. The keyboard show current time. An electric light time signal unit is installed at the right and left sides of the circular time table and copies a water clock device.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
