PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for manufacturing fine sponge Ti(Titanium) with improved productivity and quality are provided to increase productivity of sponge Ti by supplying TiCl4(Titanium Tetrachloride) from a reaction vessel to multiple positions because the end of an injection pipe is multiply split.;CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing fine sponge Ti(1) comprises a reaction vessel(11), an injection pipe(12), and a reduction furnace(10). Liquid reducing agent is put in the reaction vessel and generates Ti by reacting with TiCl4. The injection pipe is extended from the top to the bottom of the reaction vessel and supplies the TiCl4 to the reaction vessel. The reduction furnace surrounds the reaction vessel. The end of the injection pipe is split into multiple branch pipes so that the injection pipe can inject the TiCl4 to multiple positions in the reaction vessel.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
