PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of foamed asphalt concrete using foaming property and foamed asphalt concrete using foaming property are provided to lower manufacturing temperature and to enhance application property and durability. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of foamed asphalt concrete using foaming property comprises the following steps: injecting liquid additive into heated aspha generating asphalt foam by spraying high pressure water in particle status(100); mixing heated aggregate after the asphalt foaming step(200); and mixing one or more modifying additive, filler, and recycled aggregate(300). In the asphalt foaming step, 2 parts by weight of water at room temperature is sprayed with a pressure of 10.6kgf/cm^2 on 5 parts by weight of asphalt which is heated at 150 deg. Celsius based on 100.0 parts by weight of asphalt concrete. Aggregate which is heated at 160 deg. Celsius. is added in the aggregate mixing step.
