PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of perovskite powder, perovskite powder manufactured by using the method, and a laminated ceramic electronic component manufactured with the method are provided to enhance dispersibility by using metallic oxide sol with high concentration and high purity.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of perovskite powder comprises the following steps: removing impurities by washing water containing metal oxide(s1); adding deionized water and acid or base to the water containing metal oxide and obtain a metal oxide sol at 0-60 deg. Celsius for 0.1-72 hours(s2); mixing the metal oxide sol with a metal salt in order to form perovskite particle-core at 60-150 deg. Celsius(s3); and obtaining the perovskite powder by growing the perovskite particle nuclear through a hydro-thermal treatment(s4,s5). 0.0001-0.2 mole of acid or base is added to the water containing metal oxide.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
