摘要

PURPOSE: A bead core for a vehicle tire and a vehicle tire using the same is provided to improve the durability of a bead core through inserting a rubber between stacked bead wires.;CONSTITUTION: A bead core for a vehicle tire comprises a naked bead(51), and a topping rubber(6). The naked bead is composed through stacking and coupling a plurality of wires(5). The topping rubber is coated over the outer surface of the naked bead. The wires are not straight shape but wave shape. The wires are made of the steel having 0.5~1.50C weight% carbon. The surfaces of the wires are plated by the alloy mixed with nickel and one of brass, bronze, copper, zinc.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
