PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a water treating hollow fiber membrane using a cellulose-based resin is provided to improve the chlorine resistance characteristic, the tensile strength, the water permeable amount, and the salt eliminate rate of the hollow fiber membrane.;CONSTITUTION: A spinning composition containing a cellulose-based resin, a poor solvent, a plasticizer, and an organic solvent is prepared(S10). The spinning composition is spun to a non-solvent to form a hollow fiber membrane(S20). The cellulose-based resin includes one or more of cellulose acetate, cellulose triacetate, and cellulose butyrate. The poor solvent includes n-hexyl carbitol. The organic solvent and the plasticizer respectively include n-methyl-2-pyrrolidone. The non-solvent includes water.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
