摘要

PURPOSE: A resin-impregnated sheet is provided to have low dielectric loss tangent, thereby obtaining a conductive layer attached resin-impregnated sheet of which dielectric tangent is low.;CONSTITUTION: A resin-impregnated sheet(2) is manufactured by impregnating a fiber sheet(12) by liquid crystal polyester(14). The liquid crystal polyester comprises a repeating unit of -O-Ar^1-CO-, a repeating unit of -CO-Ar^2-CO-, and a repeating unit of -CO-Ar^2-CO-. The content of a repeating unit containing a 2,6- naphthalene group is 40 mole% or more based on total weight of all repeating unit. Ar^1 is 2,6-naphthalene group, 1,4-phenylene, or 4,4'-biphenylene, Ar^2 and Ar^3 is respectively 2,6-naphthalene group, 1,4-phenylene, 1,3-phenylene group or 4,4'-biphenylene, and hydrogen atoms in Ar^1, Ar^2, or Ar^3 can be respectively replaced to halogen, an alkyl group, or an aryl group.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
