PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for tracking a position and posture of a moving object using an RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) tag coordinate average method are provided to obtain an RFID tag coordinate recognized by RFID by using a plurality of antennas radially located around an RFID reader.;CONSTITUTION: A moving object(100) includes an operation unit, an RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) reader(110), and four antennas(120) installed around the RFID reader in an X shape. An RFID tag(200) is laid under the ground at a constant interval. The RFID tag stores location information about a laid position and two-dimensional or three-dimensional coordinate. Each antenna collects the information of the RFID tag by searching a certain recognized region(121).
