PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing a cold-rolled stainless coil in a semi-sequential way is provided to effectively produce a hot-rolled stainless coil into a cold-rolled stainless coil within a short time by separating a continuous cold-rolling system from an integrated annealing-pickling system.;CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing a cold-rolled stainless coil in a semi-sequential way comprises a continuous cold-rolling system(110), a first coiler, a transfer unit, an integrated annealing-pickling system(130), and a second coiler. The continuous cold-rolling system comprises a first uncoiler(112) and a continuous rolling machine(114) The first uncoiler is installed on an inlet side and releases the winding of a hot-rolled stainless coil. The continuous rolling machine cold-rolls the hot-rolled strip discharged from the first uncoiler. The first coiler coils the cold-rolled strip discharged from the continuous rolling machine into the cold-rolled coil. The transfer unit transfers the cold-rolled coil. The integrated annealing-pickling system comprises a second uncoiler(132), an annealing furnace(134), and a pickling unit(136). The second uncoiler releases the winding of the cold-rolled coil produced by the first coiler. The annealing furnace and the pickling unit consecutively anneal and pickle the cold-rolled strip discharged from the second uncoiler.
