PURPOSE: A multi state communication network structure for a tree organization and a communication network operation method are provided to manage subscriber information on a communication network and to connect component communication network with a lower organization.;CONSTITUTION: An authentication system(230) includes a communication terminal(210) of a component network(200) and subscriber information. The authentication system manages the subscriber information of a subscriber who belongs to component communication network of a lower organization(100A,100B).
