IMAGE PROCESSING METHOD USING REGION SEGMENTATION CAPABLE OF GRADUALLY APPLYING BLURRING EFFECT TO UNINTERESTED REGION FOR IMPLEMENTING STEREOSCOPIC EFFECT TO AN IMAGE AND A SYSTEM THEREOF
PURPOSE: An image processing method using region segmentation and a system thereof are provided to apply a differentiated blurring effect to an uninterested region according to the distance to a region of interest, thereby clearly expressing the region of interest and blurring the uninterested region.;CONSTITUTION: An image processing system extracts an interest image from a target processing image(S110). The system classifies the target processing image into a region of interest and an uninterested region with the interested image(S120). The system applies the blurring effect with a differentiated size to the uninterested region based on the distance to the region of interest(S150).
