PURPOSE: A process based place of origin managing method, a system thereof, and a place of origin determining apparatus are provided to add or modify a business process without modifying a determining program when changing content.;CONSTITUTION: An interface unit(100) inputs product information and item reference information. A place of origin determining apparatus(200) determines a place of origin by using process information and product reference information through the interface unit. A storing unit(300) stores product information, product reference information, and place of origin determining information.
