PURPOSE: A cement paste composition and a water retainable/permeable road pavement method using thereof are provided to improve flexural strength, tensile strength, bonding strength, and durability of package by including a rapid-hardening binder and water-retainable polymer bond ash in a proper ratio.;CONSTITUTION: A cement paste composition comprises rapid-hardening binder and water-retainable polymer bond ash in weight ratio of 100:30-50. The rapid-hardening binder comprises 20-45 weight% of normal Portland cement, 5-15 weight% of alumina cement, 5-15 weight% of calcium sulfoaluminate, 1-15 weight% of hollow sillica, 10-35 weight% of silica, and 0.01-5 weight% of gypsum. The water-retainable polymer bond ash comprises 75-98 weight% of acrylic emulsion, 1-15 weight% of polyacrylic ester emulsion, and 0.5-5 weight% of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene emulsion. A water retainable/permeable road pavement method comprises the following steps: forming a package by installing permeable cement concrete; and injecting the cement paste composition into an air gap of the permeable cement concrete.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
